Seafood Menu

Starter:
– Torta Pasqualina (Easter savory pie)
– Tuna tataki with teriyaki sauce and lime fennel

First Course:
– Gnocchetti with seafood and rocket pesto

Main Course:
– Salmon trout with capers, lemon and thyme

Dessert:
– Traditional Colomba with mascarpone cream

Meat Menu

Starter:
– Torta Pasqualina (Easter savory pie)
– Slow-cooked veal (sous-vide at 61°C) with tuna sauce

First Course:
– Tortelli with venison ragù and burrata from Andria (IGP)

Main Course:
– Oven-baked lamb with herb-roasted potatoes

Dessert:
– Traditional Colomba with mascarpone cream
